"My first experience with Tyler was with one of his general training programs. Although it wasn’t custom tailored to me, I built strength and during the 4 weeks, I set PR’s in all three of the big lifts. I then moved to a customized plan based on my needs and complications. I had been experiencing some lower back pain and I needed to align my training to help that. With a few questions and demonstrations, Tyler identified weakness in my glutes and hip flexors. With this new program we have put extra focus on stabilizers, core, glutes and hip flexors, as well as mobility. In the first 3 weeks I’ve had a substantial improvement with lower back pain and I’m still getting a solid pump every lift. I’m feeling stronger, tighter and much more stable. Tyler has also taken the time on multiple occasions to answer any random questions I might have throughout the program. Highly recommend!"

"Tyler answers all questions you have and if he doesn’t have a answer he’s honest that he doesn’t and he will research what you asked. He knows what he’s doing and has helped me figure out my nutrition needs to optimize my training and gain as much as I can. He simplifies everything and it works. In the 2-3 weeks I’ve had him as my nutrition coach he has taught me a lot on top of ensuring my calorie and macro goals are proper for my needs which has helped me gain.
