This involves sharing limited data (such as website activity and hashed identifiers) with Meta to create custom audiences and measure ad performance. You can manage your ad preferences through your Facebook/Instagram settings.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, in response to a court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of True Standard Fitness Co., our users, or others.

4. SMS / Text Message Privacy

When you provide your phone number through our forms, quizzes, or checkout pages, you consent to receive text messages from us. Regarding your phone number and SMS data:

  • Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
  • We use LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) as our SMS platform to send messages on our behalf.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
